4th Gen Import Help

Can anyone tell me what I have to do to get the privilige in Pearl to be able to take pokemon from my gba games?Please tell me specificly because I'm a newbie at that game and this forum.

Beat the elite 4.see all pokemon in shinoh ,and then go threw route 120 and 121 and you'll reach pal park

aww man i have to beat elite four i only have two badges.

Well you have a longs way to go.just dont think about that and focus on whats going on in your game and you'll blow threw it fast
