It's ironic, I came here to look at something (turns out you can't see glow text in netscape) and I have what you are kinda looking for.
It's not the greatest though. :/

lol, i pretty much edited the sprite. The things on the bottom are missing though, and the head could be improved on.
Use it if you want, just give credit. Although I donno why you would want to use it o_O;
