    [PokeCommunity.com] In an alternate Pokemon world...
    ......Professor Oak gave Ash a different Pokemon that isn't Pikachu. It could have been Bulbasaur, Charmander or Squirtle...or maybe another starter.

    Which Pokemon would Ash had gone for instead of Pikachu? Do you think the storyline would have been different? The answer is not limited to starters, I mean, Ash could have gone for any other Pokemon than Pikachu.
