    is it any good and is it rare?
     
    That's pretty lucky. My Advice is if your not going to play the game don't buy the cards. The cards were a lot better before EX/Level X cards. Now the sets are hard to put together unless your just doing the base set. The cards don't sell like they did before also.

    The EX/Level X cards are Very Rare
    I think the card is probably worth $10+ if you can sell it

    Level X cards are extremely rare (averaging one Level X pull from a box). However, Honchkrow Lv. X isn't used in very many decks, so you may not get a particularly high price for him. If that was a Gardevoir Lv. X, on the other hand...
     
    In my first pack I got the cooler looking normal version of Dialga. Holographic, baby. Oh yeah.
