IN NEED OF BRELOOM

I'm in need of a male breloom of any nature BUT it must have the following move:
Seismic Toss I'm offering a Shiny dialga and/ a shiny magikarp lv1. I have two natures of the shiny magikarp. A lv1 Sassy magikarp and a lv6 adamant magikarp caught by me. If thats not enough i'll throw in a manaphy egg too. But the breloom must have seismic toss.

What lv is the dialga? I think i have a male breloom around here some where.

Its lv47 Untouched. I have two shiny magikarps. A sassy lv1 magikarp and a adamant lv6 one. The adamant one was caught by me while i was fishing around for some water pokemon i needed. So i assure you that both pokemon are legit. If thats not enough i'll offer an unhatched manaphy egg.
