    I'm new to the ROM hacking scene but I can mostly figure out my way around after tutorials and hours of trial and error..

    I'm fairly comfortable editing graphics or replacing tilesets/maps and scripting but occasionally I'm just stuck.

    For example right now I'm trying to replace the boot screen image and it's map located around 0x0993bfc4 (0x08193bfc4?) and just cannot find a way implement it with NTME or GBA graphics editor.

    Or anyone for hire to help out/teach when I'm stumped? I would love a regular contact interested in my project.
