In Soulsilver, how to complete this non-legendary party for PvE AND PvP?

    I want a complete Pokémon team. I have a Vileplume (Brave), a Crobat (Bashful), a Typhlosion (Brave), an Ampharos (Modest) and a Lapras (Quirky). What Pokémon could I add to this team? Any Pokémon I should switch out? And what moves should I teach them? Any guidelines, as well?
