Think about it, theres large skyscraper buildings in this new region yeah? What about if part of the storyline is one of them gets screwed to hell by acid rain? :D

Though Acid rain sounds cool though they could also only put it as a Pokemon move and not outside weather unlike the others...

and acid rain would make a lot of sense for three reasons.

its a technologically adavnced region => pollution => acid rain

it was rumoured acid rain (or something along those lines) would be created

and it would give poison (depending on what it does) a nice boost

I doubt, but it would be new.

The acid rain glitch in Gen 4 doesn't count XD

I can only see one new kind of weather and that is high winds (IDK if Tailwind counts)

to the person who said high winds... seriously?? what would be the point of high winds?? and really you could kind of classify that as stormy..

It was Shadow Sky. It changes Weather Ball into a Shadow attack, and hurts all non-Shadow Pokemon on the field. That frikkin' Lunatone...

well i was thinking seeing as all whether types (except for fog) have an ability that triggers them we could think of a name for the acid rain ewuivalent.. even if this is just wishful thinking. any ideas?

It would bolster poison types obviously, not sure how yet though.
