Hello! I was wondering if it is possible to increase the PP of a Pokémon from a NPC trainer. If so, how would I have to tackle it?

I'm sure it is possible but you would have to specify the amount for each move and every time a battle starts

Interestingly I've wanted almost the opposite of this—the ability to define a lower PP for each move that applies to NPC trainers. They don't need 20 Swords Dances, and it makes PP stalling (and thus, some kinds of defensive play) even more tedious than it has to be.
