like my title says i want to increase the shiny odds for a german FireRed rom.
I know there are programms that increase the shiny odds for english version, but can someone maybe telling how they work? And if i can use that for my german rom
I posted a similar thread over a week ago asking pretty much the same thing for the American version. TSK's tool changes the way shininess is determined completely but I want to edit the existing method, which no one has seemed to figure out yet for Gen 3.
