Question Info on rare pocket monster card

I have a full holo pocket monster card I got back in 96 and I can't find any others like it. Anyone have any info or have seen anything like it before?

Pretty sure it's just a sticker. The top and bottom border both being wildly thick resemble other counterfeit cards that ended up being stickers from those sticker vending machines that used to be everywhere.

I got them in a pack and I didn't get them from a vending machine or independently. Do you know if they sold stickers in packs in the stores back then?

It's very likely that counterfeiters did that to better take advantage of the PokeMania more effectively. I've seen too many people with these sticker cards in various forms that those sticker vending machines cannot have been the only way they were getting distributed. I've not seen them with this square pattern before, but I can say with 100% confidence that square pattern has never been used on any official cards.
