    It looks like someone was crazy enouge to create an entire evolution line between evolutions. An example: https://inprogresspokemon.tumblr.com/post/130213926257/1405-this-ancient-pokemon-utilizes-two-pairs

    He did this for every evolution. Despite I agrea some of them just don't make sence or are just way to deep like caterpie. I think it would be cool to have a rom hack like this where you basicly play the game with overloaded evolutions. Having your starter evolve 3 or 4 times can be cool right.
