I obviously decided to give this thing a name, the El Lamo's but that's just plain embarrassing so I decided to not include the name in the title. First team since my return to Pokemon (first time playing in 5 months). So R/F and think of any changes. I have thought of a lot but I may have missed something.

    Gyarados @ Leftovers
    Adamant - 158HP:108Atk:100Def:144Spe
    Waterfall
    Stone Edge
    Dragon Dance
    Taunt

~It's a simple and standard BulkyDos and I've put it as my lead poke mainly because of the fact that this is where BulkyDos performs at its greatest. EV spread is standard as well (w00t Smogon=pwnage=<3).~

Gliscor : - At the very least you want to give it 72 speed evs for Jolly Tyranitar, Timid Magnezone and Breloom. 252 HP / 184 DEF / 72 SPEED. To stop ice beams, hp ice and sub seeding respectively.
    Gliscor @ Leftovers
    Impish - 252HP:6Atk:252Def (Sand Veil)
    Earthquake
    Aerial Ace
    Roost
    Stealth Rock
~Will be used as my Physical Wall hence the EV spread and nature. Aerial Ace over moves such as Ice Fang because it has superb accuracy. Stealth Rock because Taunt is covered by Gyarados and Knock Off is just another attacking move which proves to have no power and is useless other than the fact that it makes the opponents pokemon drop its item. Overall, I'm happy with this set.~

Starmie : - Yus and give star a bulkier ev spread because Life Orb Gyarados OHKO's your current spread with Stealth Rock up. 156 HP / 154 DEF / 200 SPEED @timid<--- Use. Survives a +1 LO EQ/SE from Gyarados with SR up and SS in play 100% of the time.
    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Timid -
    156HP:154Def:200Spe
    (Natural Cure)
    Rapid Spin
    Recover
    Surf
    Thunderbolt
~Standard Spinner set. needed a spinner on this team and who better to do it than my beloved Starmie. Ice Beam handles grass types, while also handling Ground and Flying types. EV's are the same as a normal Spinner set as well. I think.~

Regice : - Counter-Regice is kinda lol, im all for weird options, ive even used Whirlwind Snorlax, but what is ice acomplishing ? It has base 50 Att, even after a curse it is doing 2 damage to everything. Its also not walling anything without recovery. Get something that does the job better please or at least change its set to non-novelty. Rest talk <insert special wall> would be cool since your team cant take status like...at all.
    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Careful - 240HP:30Def:240SpD (Thick Fat)
    Rest
    Sleep Talk
    Body Slam
    Earthquake
~Apparently my team was weak in terms of walling without a Restalker (get it, re-stalker). Who better to Rest-talk other than Snorlax? Hmm, it's a basic set, although I decreased HP EV's a little to add a bit more punch to SpD. Earthquake > Crunch because my only two EQ'rs are this guy and Gliscor. Also it can do a little bit more damage which is helpful when he's Sleep Talking.~

Gallade : - Leaf Blade is eww, you do more damage to everything bar swampert with STAB Close Combat, who gets OHKO's by a SD LO CC anyway. There are much better options, Hypnosis, Ice Punch or even Stone Edge.
    Gallade @ Life Orb
    Adamant - 64HP:252Atk:194Spe
    Swords Dance
    Ice Punch
    Night Slash
    Close Combat
~Agreeing with what Dark Azelf said, it is kind of useless to have Leaf Blade, because I wasn't thinking of the power CC would have after I got up one or two SD's and that the CC would do Leaf Blade's job a little bit better. Night Slash to get rid of anything Close Combat can't get rid of (i.e. Ghost types, especially Gengar). Extra speed to outrun the faster poke's. Psycho Cut could also be useful here but Close Combat is good for the lack of damage to Dark and Ice types. Swords dance also adds that attack power to wipe things out quickly. Still have to test out this guy though.~

Porygon-z : - Timid >>Modest on Porygon-z, this way you outspeed all neutral base 100's which is useful imo.
    Porygon-Z @ Choice Specs
    Timid -
    252HP:184Def:72Spe

    Tri Attack
    Dark Pulse
    Ice Beam
    Hidden Power Fighting/Thunderbolt/Psychic
~Went Specs over Scarf for the added damage. It has low base speed and everything it would be attacking would have much higher or lower speed. I'm confused on the last spot here as my team does cover both very well and am thinking that if Gallade is given Close Combat > Psycho Cut (which you guys will probably say should happen), I was thinking of maybe a high powered Psychic attack like Psychic there as well. Thunderbolt could also be an option.~

I don't have Rapid Spin or a status inducing move like Will-O-Wisp or Toxic but I think that this team covers most weaknesses. Well, anyways, like I said at the start, please R/FMT.

    Thanks for reading,
    ~Celebi~

Ok, but what would I replace for it? I'm guessing Ice Beam.

So what about my Rest-TalkLax set. What do you guys think of it. To save you time from looking for it on the first post, here it is:
    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Careful - 240HP:30Def:240SpD (Thick Fat)
    Rest
    Sleep Talk
    Body Slam
    Earthquake

LMK what you think of it.

Awww... Dark_Azelf has already been here, he already cleaned everything up... lol Hmmm... Really can't spot anything, but what would be a great addition to this team would be:
    Electivire @ Life Orb
    Ability: Motor Drive
    EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Ice Punch
    - Thunder Punch
    - Magnet Rise/ Cross Chop
    - Earthquake
Works well with Gyara, and you can put Ice Beam back on Starmie now that this could be in. Magnet Rise is only avaliable to Platinum, but if you have it, that move will save your butt! I was thinking you could switch it out with Lax, or some other, your choice...

Yeah, I was testing this thing out, currently 4 wins, 4 losses. Then again, my switching predictions aren't the best. Well, the wins are 4 but I may have lost only 3. Hmm, 2 of the wins were from rage quits, ahh, never let that Gyarados get 6 DD's up. OHKO Luke, OHKO Nijask, OHKO Togekiss, ragequit, I win. :). Some really tight matches though but yer, most of my, infact all of my losses were due to me switching in Gallade and then getting it killed, beause then I seem to fall short of KO'ing anything that's a wall after that. So I might stick with this structure because current testings haven't proved it to be too bad although I wouldn't mind versing someone on Shoddy right now. Someone who will probs beat me 6-0, because then they can tell me hands on what this team needs, because it might look good on paper but if I don't know how to use it to its full potential or the pokemon just aren't withstanding hits from early or late game sweeps, then I need to change this team around. It's easier to know which team is good not only when it looks good but when the user plays it good. So if anyone agrees with me and wants to verse me on Shoddy, LMK via VM/PM.

You could go on the pc shoddy server.

And just a note on lax, maybe use crunch >> eq for gengar and mismagius etc, since you already have ways to stop tran and what not. Howerver Gengar and the like are much more problematic for this team because nothing stops them =p

Eww. Physical E-vire. If ur gonna use E-vire, make it special based.

Anyways... Since the only person on ur team weak to SR is Gyara, I don't think you need the spinner set for Starmie anymore. If you want to keep it, that's fine. Otherwise, replace Rapid Spin with Ice Beam, or go with a different mixed/special sweeper. You also might want to consider a revenge killer, like ScarfGar or ScarfZappy.

No, if you're making an E-Vire, you can make it anything, just don't make it Spec'ed.
He's an awesome Physical Attacker and everyone other than you seems to use him where he is best. Chomp is now officially Uber and Zapdos is just another SR weak Poke, and getting rid of a spinner for another SR weak Poke is absolutely pointless.

Yeah, could work but the problem is that Shadow's Blissey wiped the floor against Gliscor. *Cough113%IceBeamfromBeamboltBlisseyCough*. I could try it though, which I suppose wouldn't be too bad, but hmm, current testing doesn't show much against ghost types, I still haven't come across any good users of Gengar, but If I do then I'll reconsider my options.

ScarfGar=Choice Scarf Gengar for one thing, and Physical Vire can't get past many physical walls... Hippowdon, Cressy, Dusknoir, heck, even Weezing.

Wowww... like Fabian said, Physical E-Vire is horribly walled. T-Bolt/HP Grass or Ice/Flamethrower/Cross Chop is way better for E-vire. E-Vire can't land OHKOes on Vappy, Suicune, or Dusknoir with any of its physical moves. That's not the case with T-Bolt and such.
