Hello there and welcome to the forums. If you're looking for someone then this isn't the right thing to do. Basically posting in a forum that doesn't have anything to do with what you're posting is against the rules and is considered as spam. You can try the Members List to look for your friend and we do have trading card boards around - namely Pokemon Trading Card Games and Tabletop Games. Make sure to give the rules a read as well! :)
