Introduction, and request for sprite (or help)

Hello, my name is Dante, today I stumbled across this community. I recently started delving into hacking/modding roms. From things like swapping pokemon sprites (mew with mewtwo, pikachu with raichu, etc.), but recently I wanted to change the overworld sprites and some of the town models (like houses and NPC's) and once I get experienced enough maybe add new locations.

Can someone point me in the right direction to get started, thanks {XD}

Hey Dante! This isn't really the forum where you introduce yourself though. I'd move this to The Welcome Lounge, but you are asking questions about ROM Hacking rather than introducing yourself, so it'd probably just get locked. Feel free to make a proper intro thread in that forum though, and if you need help with ROM hacking, check out the Emulation forum. There are guides and Q&A threads in there for all your hacking needs.
