Hi Everyone!
I'm new to the site but I've been a Pokémon fan since being a kid! I grew up in the 90s and played through the late 90's/early 2000's, I grew out of it as I got older but I'm now 27, introduced my daughter to the games on her switch which she fell in love with and we've just re-discovered my old card collection, I have no idea on the Pokémon card market in 2021 so I haven't got a clue what anything's worth but obviously I'm over the moon I've found them again!
My collection is pretty much all the original base cards and there has to be at least a good 1000 there so there's plenty of sorting I need to do but after a quick look at some of them it's brought all the memories back with seeing aerodactyl, zapdos, snorlax, hitmonchan and some of my other old favourites, however, along with my cards there was also some of the version 3 rule books, a card list, 2 sets of the Pokémon coin games with 6 coins and the topps Pokémon cards etc too.
Again, I've not sorted through them properly yet, but there was a couple of stand out topps cards such as a clear bulbasaur card, holo machamp and machoke etc too.
So my question is, do the additional things like the topps cards and rule books etc hold any value? I'm going to sort through them and if not I'll keep them anyways but was just curious about them.
I didn't take that many pictures when I was looking earlier but I've attached a few of the cards as well as a picture of the topps cards with the holo kangaskhan on there too.
