InuYasha~ Letting Go

Hanabi landed in the middle of the forest, and sniffed around once again. There were new unfamiliar scents lingering in the air, and they were colliding with Narakus, causing him to be impossible to trace.
"Darn~!" Hanabi yelled. It had been frustrating enough before trying to track him with all the human scents, but now there were demon scents as well.

Hanabi drew her two swords once again, and held one in each hand. Right away the sharp blade turned a bright orange colour; it was obvious that they were burning.
"Naraku...I'll find you one day~!" Hanabi muttered under her breath. "And I'll rip your heart out...if you even have one!"
Hanabi couldnt help but curse a few times before sticking her swords in the ground, and leaning against a tree. She had lost count on how many times she had let Naraku escape from her. If only she could find his incarnations~

OOC: I'm late. Sorry. XD I also apologize for the weird post. I'm a bit preoccupied right now. Also, I made myself evil I hope that's alright. XD

IC: There hadn't been any demon attacks lately, and quite honestly, I was sick of it. With no demons around, there was nothing I could kill, or even steal. Demons tend to bring chaos with them, so it's always a perfect time for some pilfering, but since none of them are attacking anymore, I do nothing.
Naraku must be planning something....I thought.
I walked back onto the path I had been following, eagerr to find Inuyasha and see if he knew what was going on. I cracked my knuckles, still eager to smash something's face in, and continued on my path.

Paige laughed she was behind the scowling demon. "I see you have a problem with my master" Paige said still laughing. Her wings were put down and seemed to disappear. She had a smirk on her face her eyes were taunting the demon. "If you wish to find him you must go through many including me!" Paige said sweetly.

Fed up and eager to get on the road again, Hanabi gained her balance and pulled her swords from the forest floor. It was time to move onto the next petty village, and see what was there to destroy. She no longer cared for the demons that lurked in this forest and village; even though one of Naraku's incarnations was hidden in this very forest. Hanabi got even more frustrated just thinking about it.

Soon enough Hanabi was on the road again, not even bothering to avoid the humans who wandered constantly there. They stared at her with fright, eying her swords and Kusarigama carefully. She didnt have to avoid them; they avoided her.

[[OCC~ Who are you talking to, Paige?]]

Saphira watched the cemon walk below her. She flexed her hand, considering the advantages and disadvantages of attacking her. The Demoness would probably spot her anyway...

OOC: sorry I thought I was talking to you sorry again!

Kagome scanned the forest. Distant voices could be heard, but no sign of the silver haired dog demon was found. Frustrated, the girl flicked back her raven locks, a stubbon look persisting on her face. She had sensed shards not long ago, but being a 'human' she was, she could not possibly go search for them on her own, now could she...? She shrugged once, setting off in a brisk walk.

Well, the least she could do was try. Smiling in spite of the feeble situation, Kagome set out.

"Kagome! Kagome!" A small voice was heard in the distance, before a young fox demon ran up to her, and began to jump up and down in panic. "There are demons in the forest! Demons!" He began to recall his trip for nuts along the path, where he had seen a variety of different demons, then recalled a strange scent from even before that. "I caught Naraku's scent earlier too!"

I had been walking for quite a while now, and still not even the slightest sight of a demon or of Inuysha.
So on I went, continuing my walk when I heard in the distance," Kagome!Kagome!"
I recognized the voice as that of Shippo, the tiny fox demon who travels with Inu Yasha.
I ran forth, to try and get a good view of them without being spotted myself. There stood Kagome and Shippo. It seemed InuYasha was no where to be found. Luckily, the little fox demon had smelled Naraku.
I'll have to make sure to stay close to them. They might lead me to Naraku...

Saphira could hear vices nearby. Quiet as a shadow, she jumped out of the tree and disappeared into the forest, to find the source of the noise.

Ooc: Sorry, RP block...

((OOC - Started already? o.O; ))

Miroku was in the village, the wind blowing his hair back. The forest was restless today, the wind had bought the message. Youkai were in there.

He glanced at his right hand, the cursed hand. Naraku...

Miroku picked up his staff, setting off to InuYasha's forest.

Flirting would have to wait today... he thought regretably.

Hanabi was nearing the village now. It could be possible that a demon lurked there as well, according to the demoness's keen sense of smell that is~
A little ways off, Hanabi caught sight of a human girl. But she seemed different from the rest. Her clothing...it was definately not those of her time. But that wasnt all. The girl was accompanied by a little fox-demon. Was her possibly one of those she smelt in the forest.
This is the strangest village I have seen... Hanabi thought, keeping a close eye on a monk whom was heading towards Inuyasha's forest. Could he possibly sense the demonic aura that lingered in the forest~? Hanabi couldnt help herself. It wasnt like her to talk to a human~ but she had something she wished to know.

Hanabi wandered aimlessly over to the young monk who headed towards the forest.
"You there~!" Hanabi called from behind him. "What brings you to the forest on a day such as this?"

[OOC: Shippo-chan is so kawaii. X3~]

The small frantic cry alerted Kagome at once. She could see a small figure running up to her, with a bushy fox tail that was the hue of bright orange tipped with white. It was obviously Shippo-chan's little voice dripping with terror that frightened Kagome. Naruko? In this forest? Her brown eyes quickly paced themselves as they darted from one area to another. She breathed a sigh of relief.

"Don't worry, Inuyasha is around. I'm sure he won't let the demons hurt us," she smiled in spite of the dire situation. "For now, we have to be careful and find the rest. Can you smell out how close they are?" Kagome asked, curious.

[OOC: Sorry for posting late, Karli-li. >.<]

A soft smile formed upon Sango's face whilst she patted the sleeping Kirara resting on her lap. She was relaxed at the sight of Kirara's tranquil form and at the fact that there were no youkai's attacking them as of now. Yet, still, she could not shake the feeling that there was something amiss. Perhaps it was her imagination, but she knew that she had to be alert.

Cautiously placing Kirara in her arms, Sango made her way to where she heard Kagome and Shippo's distinct, yet vague voices. As she reached them, anxiousess started overcoming her...she felt as though they were just a few inches from danger.

"Kagome, Shippo? Is something wrong?" She inquired worriedly, her free hand abruptly reaching her Hiraikotsu.

Miroku stopped in his steps halfway. He could sense something near him... a hanyou? Or was it an youkai? Gripping his staff tightly, he whirled around to face...

A sight refreshing to weary eyes. There was a beautiful girl, dressed in a kimono. The black ears on the top of her head only made her even more breathtaking.

"You there~!" she called. "What brings you to the forest on a day such as this?"

Looks like flirting won't have to wait after all... he thought, a grin slowly appearing on his lecherous face.

"To find beautiful girls like yourself, miss." he said softly, bowing slightly.

"Huh!?"
Hanabi stepped back, not noticing her face slowly turning red. A human thought she was beautiful~? That was strange. Once Hanabi was sure her cheeks had returned to its normal shade, the demoness faced the young monk once again.
"You're looking for beautiful girls in a forest~?" Hanabi asked. "It seems there is much more to your story. Tell me monk, do you also sense the demonic aura that lingers over this forest~?"

OoC/So sorry I'm so late.I haven't had time to read allt hat I missed.Sorry.

Inuyahsa sniffed a little opening one eye. He'd been having a quick nap and just now he'd woken up.'I smeel Kagome....I better go find her.Just in case she got into more trouble.'he thought getting up and heading off.

As Lillith walked on she noticed something peculiar on a tree nearby. She looked up and saw someone hidding in the shades of the leaves. She curiously tilted her head and took a few steps foward.

I wonder if it could be a demon or just a bird. Lillith had one thing that was mostly considered a flaw. She was just too darn curious and she badly wanted to know what was up in that tree.

"Hey, is anyone there?"

Paige watched the strangly clothed girl and her company. "Ah, so this is what my master speaks of" she said smiling. She traveled through the shadows and got behind the girl and the demon with her. "Hello miss" she said sweetly still hidden in the shadows.
