    If you have 2 iPod's with the same app and apple ID and one of the iPod's has in app purchases in the app will the other iPod be able to get the in app purchase without purchasing again?

    Check and see if the app has the ability to restore purchases. If yes, then tap that option and sign in with the account that you used for the original purchase. If no, then you may be out of luck.
