Is _______ fake?

I wanted to ask if a couple of pokemon I got were fake, but don't see a thread for it. So I made this instead. I also would appreciate any tips or tricks like, "It's not possible to get this at ___ level ever" or something like it.

These you can, The arcues is an evemt and articuno you get at lv.50 :)
