1st Gen Is anything different on the 3DS?

What are the changes from the original R/B/Y to the 3DS re-releases? I know local trading is possible. Anything else..?

I beleive that is the only change, just things related to that. All the bugs/glitches are intact so they didn't really fix anything. Anything else might just be things no one could notice just so it could run on the 3DS :)
