Is arceus the Most Powerful pokemon on the game?

He may have the highest BST but it depends on the person. For instance i may have a Lv. 45 pigeot but another trainer has a lv 58 Tentacruel. My pigeot wins simply because i am a more skilled trainer. Remember it's how you use the Pokemon that counts.
 
It depends who owns the arceus. However I can tell you, in the anime Arceus is no doubt the most powerful Pokemon, he completely pwns Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina all at once without getting hurt in the slightest.

Edit: The fact that it evolves into a epic pokemon.

Anyway IMO I hate Arceus, I really do. I have the Movie 09 japaneise event one and i just >.<

I would prefer to use a Gyrados or Nidoking then Arceus.

But Arceus has the best stats and it is the 'creator'

that arceus is weaker than magikarp and it is true i mean cmon you can find level 100 magikarps. Arceus has nothing on that.
 
lol its just a joke :P and yeah arceus is the 2nd most powerful pokemon the 1st being the god of nothingness.
