Im working on a wi-fi team and I need a good ground type, so I thought Garchomp would do. However I saw on this website he was. Is this right? It was last updated in 2008 so im not sure if the rules have changed.

I'm glad you like this site, but unfortunately these sort of threads aren't allowed. Smogon's tier list is considered the 'official' one so check there from now on for tier questions. Or use the Simple Q&A thread in the Strategies and Movesets forums. Thanks.
