Is it allowed to say "No" when you want to enter a club?

    Long title, speaks for the question, is it really allowed?
     
    Yes it is up to the club owner.
     
    =3 I thought it was always a choice apon the owner of the club, if some how a guy I dont like gets in there(will not speek of there name) And asked if he can join, instantly I would talk to Blue eyes(Latias45) and tell her to never ever alow the guy in.
    I always thought if that happened it would beperfictly okay =3. However other then one person whom I wont speek of I would not mind if anyone in the world joins ^_^!
    I think thats why it's called You'r club, it's like another forum but only with the people you like in it. XD Cource every once in awhile it strays from that.
