A common trend with most weather teams is that there are 5-6 types that resist the weather...do NOT ever...do that. Lucario literally rips you apart. Blast Burn = Epic Fail. If anything for a special set, use Dragon Pulse over that and pop on a Choice Specs. Or, you could go with BellyZard. Fully physical Vire is so old and so easy to counter now. Mixed Electivre is the way to go.

    Electivire@Life Orb/Expert Belt
    Mild
    252sp.atk/180spd/76atk

    Thunderbolt
    Flamethrower
    Hidden Power Ice/Grass
    Cross Chop

This set is one that I like because it can't easily be stopped by the typical physical walls, and Blissey can't take Cross Chop well.

Someone else can help much more than I can, but you lack a good special Wall, and Cloyster isn't the best for the job at physical walling. Mix it up some, and only retain about 3 Pokemon that are resistant to Hail on your team.

I'll correct ABYAY: No Electivire is the way to go. Seriously, it gets walled hard by everything you can think of. But yeah, if you're going to use it (don't!) go with ABYAY's set.

If you use Mamoswine, use Stone Edge >>> Rock Slide for more power.

Yeah, not everything needs to be an ice type. You need to make your line-up more diverse, which will drastically cut down on your weaknesses. Step 1: Get rid of Cloyster. It sucks worse than Electivire.

What about Chompy? If you disregard the fact that most people on these forums won't continue a battle if you use him, everyone else will. Here's an awesome set that a certain someone on these forums gave for my team.

    Garchomp @ Life Orb
    Adamant <252ATK/240Spd/16HP>
    Dragon Claw
    Earthquake
    Stone Edge
    Fire Blast

This guy over basically half your team any day. I'll be updating my Hail team first post in 5 minutess with the new team list so you can check it out. https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=142795
You also need a rapid spinner but I think my Starmie can do the trick. So yeah, just check out my Hail team.
