    is it just me or does this game have a really long wait after everytime you use a move... like i could beat 3 pokemon in the gba games in the time that it takes to beat one in diamond/pearl... especially earthquake(rumble... rumble... rumble... rumble... rumble... rumble... rumble... (i go play other videogame and come back to this)... rumble... rumble... n then it finishes...) i h8 it... who agrees??? and y did they make it like this... the moves do like cooler... but id rather have it go a little faster.......
     
    It's either. Yes, the game is slower than the older ones, but I do prefer this one over the older ones.
     
    Actually, Detail does take time.
     
    Meh, after playing Final Fantasy VII, and spamming Knights of the Round on anything that moves, I got used to long attack animations.
    For those of you who don't know how long that attack is, Here. (Final Fantasy VII spoilers)
     
    Either deal with it or don't play. It's that simple.
     
    If you dont like it go to options and select turn off battle scene or something like that.
     
    Well, either it's slow and interesting, or boring and fast. Stop complaining so damn much.

    Eh, its slow, but you just have to deal with it. I like to do something else while I play (like watch the $1,000,000 Price is Right or something)

    When you don't like it boring, then turn it on, when you do like it uninteresting, turn it off.
     
    Never seemed to notice a difference myself. Guess I just adjust to the pace quickly.
     
    the difference is really only noticeable when you return to playing one of the older games after playing Pearl or Diamond for a while. I noticed it, but only because of that reason.
     
    I'm playing Pearl right now but keep going back and forth between that and Fire Red and I can notice a big difference in battle speed overall. But it doesn't really bother me I guess.
     
    just turn off the animations bro...
     
    I actually never noticed it either.. Before I got Diamond/Pearl imported over here I was playing Emerald obsessively.. and I still didn't know any differences lol. I saw that yeah, the entrance to battles (when they appear and your screen changes) is slower, but I found it a lot more interesting. Guess I just adjust well lol.

    Speaking of playing the older games...

    Using the PC, I don't know how I did it without little Pokemon thumbnail things.
     
    no me gusta (i don't like) el pokemon!!!!!! porque lo no es muy interesante(because it isn't very interesting)....

    Así cállate y no juega el juego. People might just be 'h8in" you for a reason.



    Yeah, the game does seem slow, but when I compare it to linked battles it's lightspeed. :P
