Is it possible to edit existing routines in Fire Red?

    Still on the hunt to move the Game Freak logo over so it looks better in the intro. I added the routine to have the presents tileset show up which makes me believe it has something to do with ASM and routines. Any help is always appreciated as usual and if not Ill try and explain what i did in this thread if i ever figure it out.
