right there it has all the information you need. it has nothing illegal on it, no rom links so i know theres no way its breaking the rules. Just follow instructions on site.

Apparently, there's a VBA emulator called vbalink 1.72. Since I'm new, I can't actually link a website for you, but you could do a google search for it. Hope I helped (as always).

Yeah, go to the emulator zone. There's a download for it there. There's some way to get it linked online, too!
