is my fr team ready for the E4?

    ok. i have never even seen the E4 before, so i don't yet know how hard they are. and i'm going to work on the low level ones.

    lv.33 ninetails
    will-o-wisp
    confuse ray
    imprison
    flamethrower

    lv.39 clefable
    strength
    dream eater
    sing

    lv.42 jolteon
    double kick
    thunder
    shovk wave
    quick attack

    lv.60 nidoking
    double kick
    toxix
    megahorn
    return

    lv.63 pidgeot
    fly (i just use it to go to cities)
    wing attack
    gust
    mirror move

    lv.63 blastoise
    surf
    water gun
    scull bash
    bite

    just tell me anything i need to add/takeout.
     
    All the lv.s need to go to AT LEAST 45, and the ms need to be changed:

    Good ninetales, but Imprison can be replaced by something, roar maybe to p-haze

    Clefable needs t-bolt/i-beam/f-thrower/Phsyhic

    Jolteon t-bolt/sub/t-wave/baton pass

    Nidoking Earthquake/megahorn/sludge bomb/Brick Break


    Pidgeot Steel wing/fly/Quick Attack/Double Edge

    Blastosie i-beam/surf/bite/skull bash
