just wondering if this team is good enogh for competative battling ie.Onlinel tournements,ect

Froslass lvl 100-Hail,blizzard,hidden power(fighting),omnious wind(spell tag)
Blissey lvl 100-Substitute,toxic, softboiled,ice beam(leftovers)
.06/10/1996/shuckle lvl 100-Rest, double team, earthquake ,toxic (leftovers)

Also swap shuckle sometimes with my fear ratata, derek

No, sorry, this team is terrible.

*Arceus is banned
*You don't have any EVs
*You didn't list your natures
*You don't have good team synergy
*Fear Rattata is predictable and doesn't work against good opponent

Natures and EVs should at least be provided if you want us to rate this team competitively.

I agree with everything aragornbird said, he's completely right.
I know one Pokemon that can beat most of this team - Machamp.
With a lead moveset consisting of DynamicPunch, Bullet Punch, Payback, and Ice Punch, Machamp can mop the floor with your team. With the No Guard ability, DynamicPunch will always hit, so you'll always get confused also. Although this set it meant to counter many common leads, it can still beat this team head on. With he right EV spread, here's what it can do:
DynamicPunch Arceus to death (It's banned, anyways, so...).
Get a super effective hit on Mamoswine with DyanmicPunch
Use Payback on Froslass.
Completely destroy Blissey with DynamicPunch because of its low defense.
Bullet Punch on Ratatta while it tries to use Quick Attak once Machamp has been brought to 1 HP by Endeavor. If both Pokemon are using moves like those at the same time, whoever is faster wins it, and I guarantee that will be Machamp.
DyanmicPunch on Shuckle.
And I don't know what it will do to Electivire, but that's one Pokemon out of a team of 6.
You really need to work on your weakness to the Fighting type. Go on smogon.com and look up some movesets, and change your team. Scrap Arceus and Rattata because Arceus is banned and FEAR Ratatta can easily be defeated because of Stealth Rock damage, Priority moves, or switching out to a new pokemon when it uses Quick Attack.

I'll leave it up to other users to give more tips.

BTW look up EV training, and Uber's, if you want an uber team (which is kinda what you are going for)

then have:
your HACKED Arceus (its impossible to name a legit one, and you named it so you used the Azure Flute hack)
your Salamence
your wobbufett

and any other Ubers you have, but just a recommendation, USE SMOGON

Because you're an annoying mini-mod and your attitude and undeserved superior complex is starting to get on my last nerve. :/ This is going to be something im really going to crack down on in the future. This doesn't just apply to you, several other people have been doing it not only on PC but on shoddy to and frankly im sick of it, infractions and bans should stop it i feel.

No because you should read the rules and do what they say. I.e Evs, Items and an actually GOOD format etc. Feel free to post this again when you pay attention to the rules and adhere to them.
