4th Gen Is notch eared Pichu an event.

    This one has got me stumped is this pokemon a legendary or event. This can be argued in different ways. This is because it is not recived by any wifi or special event method. Yet on the other hand it can not be recieved on every ones game.
    So the question is What dose this pokemon class as??
     
    i'd say event. you need azure flute for arceus, member card for darkrai oaks letter for shaymin ect. the item for this event pokemon is a pokemon, the pikachu coloured pichu
     
    I beg to differ, but the only way to get the Notch Eared Pichu is through a previously held event from GameStop. This would happen to be the Pikachu Colored Pichu event held a few months back. Having said that, I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that the NE-Pichu can be classified as an "In-game Event Pokémon," if that satisfies your question much. :\ Anyway, no need for a thread like this really as I don't see much discussion coming from it really considering the answer given here.
