Is Red Genesect Collection legal?

I received a Red Genesect Collection box a few Christmasses back and I wanted to know whether it is still legal, in particular the trainers.

No. The red genesect box would be from the Plasma blast set mostly, which is now illegal in tournaments so no.

Some of the cards are legal in standard because they've been reprinted. The rest are legal in expanded.

It depends on what league you go to, but I'm pretty sure most tournys use standard.

It depends on the type of tournament. LCs can be either one. Regionals are expanded. Cities can be either one but most I've seen are standard.

Right. When I went to the local Games Workshop event, they said they accept expanded, but I'll just make sure. That's a shame, the trainers have been very useful.
