2nd Gen Is Scyther worth the catch?

Its good for the False Swipe move form me, I'd only use it to catch other Pokemon.

You can catch it at the Bug Catching contest of course, which is much easier than the Safari Zone trade through R/B/Y.
Try to aim for only the Scyther in the contest, so take a low level Pokemon that you know will be able to do a number on it.

That is correct. But SOME pokemon coughcoughoddishcoughcough get annoying
 
Im sure this question was answered, given that it hadn't been posted in for a few days. If the started needs help on this again he can make a new thread.
