5th Gen Is the battle subway extremely difficult?

I find the battle tower and the battle subway quite difficult. Overall though I found the battle subway the harder of the two, especially with the super subways. I've only really gotten winning streak of about 30 on both, although i still do enjoy them.

I was able to run through the first single pretty ok without cheating. I had caught decent Pokemon, and Hydregion was able to wipe out a lot of stuff

In super singles I'm running with some borrowed EV Trained IV'd lv 100 with great movesets. Meinshao with Regenerator is the best thing in that leauge.

It is difficult to consistently win in the subway. With a full team of six Pokemon, it is not possible to cover all of your bases. There will be some obscure Pokemon or tactic which can break through. You only get half of that for the subway which leaves for far more possibilities to get your team weaknesses exploited.

In my short experience of the Battle Subway it wasn't that hard, I actually found it kinda easy to get through the first few battles. :x But yeah, the boss was definitely too hard for me. I dunno, I find it to about as hard as the Frontier/Tower/etc (though I sucked more at those lool).

HOWEVER THE BATTLE TEST THING IN NIMBASA, NOW THAT IS HARD.

i couldnt agree with you more. i had little trouble with the battle subway but i was demolished in the battle test.

Ugh for me I keep getting to the 7th battle of any round and I always die from a critical hit... It's really starting to annoy me now

Double battle

Excadrill
Ev attack
And speed / defense split
Adamant nature
Life orb
Forget sword dance in the move set for the subway
X scissor earthquake rockslide and whatever else
Ability: sand force
Pair him with
Tyranitar or hippowdon
Boost theor defenses
Teach them protect
Make em hold a air balloon

For your back up I would pick a highhhllyy defensive water pokemon
Teach it rain dance amd protect
Pair it with a thundurus
Sp.attack boosting nature
Ev its defense
Split hp, sp attack, and speed.
Give it a kings rock or zoom lens or some crap
And teach it protect
Chances are if your excadrill and its partner are out you was dealt damage by a water or grass
Pokemon.
Go in thundurus protexting itself
Rain dance off the rip with its partner.
Ludicolo would be a decent choice because if your exca suffered from a grassyou wont be in too bad of a pickle. Now defend with ludi or any other al
And let thundurus pump out thunders till the rain stops
I beat ingo emmet with this method... Havent really played e subway much since.
Sorry for grammar. Touch screen :(
