Is the CFRU worth using? (for a newbie)

So i've been rom hacking for 3 months (btw still a newbie) and i saw a lot of hacks using the all mighty CFRU (like Ghoulash and Skelis or Dizzy egg's and the new CFRU by Leon. I'll leave the links to there amazing works) and i have a question is it worth it (Note: for like new rom hacker like us who even don't know what is ASM or can't even start Phyton............well it's easy for the expert hacker who've been hacking for years) and like the old days like we have Mr.Dollsteak's Rom base and Jpan engine....it's easy to use. And now we need Phyton and devkit to just insert it (please tell me your answers thanks)

I suggest Mr.doll steak's decap ROM base with jpan hacked engine, it ain't complicated at all !!! U jus need an IPS patcher and they have kindly provided 2 patches with it and boom u got urself amazing features

(I personally dislike cfru's coz it has too many features but I jus wanna a simple hack don't need to make things complicated for myself and also its too much a pain to insert in my opinion if u are new to hacking)
