No. there are NO baby legendary Pokemon. All the legendaries were sterilized by human beings because they pissed us off too much by making storms and droughts or trying to clone Pokemon or crystalizing the world because some freak girl had a big imagination or destroy the world because some freak maniac wanted to capture them all or grant wishes for some freak Pokemon to kill us all.

Just because there was a few screwed up seasons in the Pokemon anime *cough Jhoto cough* that doesn't mean that the games will follow its screwed up manner of having baby Lugia or baby anything.

you can count wailord and camerupt as babies... they have the same moves, same types, and wailor/kyogre are the only water pokes to nat. learn water spout, and Cam/Groudon are the only ground types who can learn Eruption
