    Hello, I'm trying to make a romhack of FireRed including all Pokémon up to generation 8 and updated features like PSS, megas, fairy types, new moves, new abilties, items etc... I tried to download CFRU but for some reason my computer refuses to launch it. Is there a base rom that already include all the features I want and that could be used as a base for future romhackers? That would save my life.

    No.

    The CFRU has been made to be customized to any specific hackers' needs and to be dynamically inserted into any in-progress ROM hack. It won't be released in any kind of patch form since that would kill the purpose of the resource and will be outdated every once in a while.
