Is there a hack game that starts off in Kanto...

And goes through the regions from there in order?? Or at least opposite to G/S and start off in Kanto and finish off in Johto????

Obviously there isn't one Nintendo has made but has a hack game ever been made like this???

As far as I know, no, there isn't. It's just too much work.
