So I saw this continue screen for a Pokémon fan game on deviant that was a long time ago I would love to be able to implement this is my game also but I sadly don't know how to code and wanted to know is there a resource out there already that can be used rn?

this looks like it might have been made in PSDK, not essentials. (My only reason is because of the mouse cursor) If it is PSDK, you're asking the wrong people.

It is actually Help-14's game (was it Garnet?), a game 8 (or 10) years old. I would recommend making your load screen based off it and not exactly this. And obviously, even if the script somewhere existed, it would not even be compatible with PE v15.
