4th Gen Is there a way to catch Celebi?

I have SoulSilver & was just wondering if anyone knows how to catch Celebi. :)

the only way to get celebi is through hacking or an event.

Hacking how? There are no codes for it like the Mew cheats?

Hacking as in creating the Pokemon directly. There are no in-game Celebi events awaiting to be unlocked which is what you probably think.

Have you got an AR? There are many amounts of codes that i think unlock the celebi event, or even just put it into your box. Oh yeah, and you can spawn it in areas that it would not usualy be.

But thats the only way i know :\ Remember if you hack it, it isn't legit meaning you can't trade it etc, etc.

Soon, Nintendo will give out a special Celebi at an event. This Celebi will activate a special bit of backstory into the whole Rocket system. When you have your Celebi, go to Ilex Forest and itneract with the shrine. When done, Lyra/Ethan will appear and talk to you. Soon after, Celebi starts glowing and throws you back in time.
