4th Gen Is there a way to change your look in the Union Room?

As the topic states, I'm wondering if there is a way to change your look in the Union Rooms. I was told in the other games it was possible by talking to someone in the pokemon center. Has anyone found out if it is possible in the new Soul Silver and Heart Gold games? Thank you.

Yes. The person is in the Violet Center I think. On the leftish with black hair or just talk to everyone inside. I chose Lass.
