[Question] Is there a way to make an ability that causes the Pokémon to have the chance to disobey?

    I know what you're probably thinking. "Why would you want that?" It's for lore purposes for a specific Pokémon form. The ability in question would make the Pokémon have a 50% chance to disobey (Like traded Pokémon) and a 50% increase to ATK and SPATK at 0 friendship, and both would go down as friendship increased until they both got to 0% at somewhere between 175 and 255.
    Is this possible, and do you think this is a good idea in the first place?
    Btw, I'm using Essentials v17.2.
