    I know you can report posts and threads that are spam,, ect.
    But a thing on their profile to just in general?

    I believe members can only be reported for breaking the rules, and rules are usually broken via posts. If you see a member with objectional material on their profile (such as offensive, degrading, or pornographic material) I'd write a staff member a PM about it.
     
    If you can't report a specific post/PM/VM, you can PM a higher staff member (super mods or admins) with your concerns and they'll look into it.
