Is there an expansion project for the pokefirered decomp project?

    Hello everyone,

I started rom hacking Pokémon Emerald with its expansion, but wanted to move to an easier FireRed/LeafGreen project in order to practice scripting and hacking in general. I was wondering if there is an extended version of the FireRed decomp project like pokeemerald-expansion or at least a guide/tour of the FireRed environment or a wiki with small tutorials for single features.
Thanks for any help in advance!

The only one I know of is the project of cawtds (https://github.com/cawtds/pokefirered). It has (to my knowledge) ported over most of the changes from pokeemerald-expansion over to pokefirered.

It has currently, however, some issues with the FireRed/LeafGreen-exclusive features, such as Teachy TV and the Help System being disabled.

When I try to compile I keep encountering an error leading to debian deleting a palette file. What am I doing wrong?
