I'm trying to change some abilities and stats for some pokemon on pokemon black 2 and was wondering if there are any other BW2 Rom editors other than PPRE. If there are, please tell me.

I think some people use Pokemon ROM changer (B2W2), which allows you to edit Pokemon stats and moves. I read about this tool in a list of tools that Drayano put out. https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/39011-rom-hacking-tool-and-resource-collection/
