I heard a rumour that there is a pokestop in antartica? How is that even possible? Who played there? is it a cheat bot who telepot there or is it real?

There are scientific research stations there and some of them are continually staffed so there is always someone, several someones, living in Antarctica at any given time. They probably have phones, though I have no idea what kind of reception they get of how expensive their phone plans are.

There is. I saw a video detailing a few of the stops, but I don't recall where. You might find it on Youtube.

There are no spawn points currently active (or at least not at the time the video was made), just PokeStops and some gyms. And yes, there were hackers who had populated the gyms.

Yes, i think its make sense. The Pokemon go is based on Ingress database which is among the first augmented technology games.. So the pokestop probably created by those scientist .
