I beat the E4 already. How do I rebattle the other trainers besides the E4? Thanks for answering.

1st Gen Is there any way to rebattle trainers besides the E4?

There is no way as far as I know. The only trainers that can be rematched is the E4 + champion

There isn't another good way, although another place that might be useful is the Unknown Dungeon. Wild Pokemon there are high leveled, and you can find Chansey for somewhat higher exp gains.

Nope, Gen3 Kanto offers a lot more post-game content, Gen1 is boring like that. Aside from stuff like Game Corner and Dex Completion, there's nothing really in terms of side-quests.
