6th Gen Is there any way to transfer pokemon from Platinum to Omega Ruby without the Pokemon transfer laboratory?

So, is there any way to transfer pokemon from Platinum to Omega Ruby without the Pokemon transfer laboratory in B/W or B2/W2? If so, how? Thank you all for your insight and advice, it is greatly appreciated!!!!! :)
