Two things:
Any tool that has cross platform somewhere in it's description can be used on a Mac. Check the Tools, Tutorials & Resources section and try some keyword searches.
Many tools designed for Windows can be used on Mac. Here's a link to the Wine project's FAQ. It's very advanced software, but it's near necessary if you are not using a PC. There's instructions on how to install on Apple at 2.10.
