Ok, so. I've decided against a physical Charizard.. because I have been browsing through some stuff and never realised Charizard can learn solar beam.. so how does this sound.

    Charizard

    Solarbeam
    Sunny day
    Flamethrower
    Earthquake?/heatwave/blastburn/overheat

Also, which nature would be the best for it?

    petaya berry,
    6 Def, 252 Sp Atk, 252 Spd
    solarbeam
    sunny day
    flamethrower
    dragon pulse/substitute

Dragon pulse allows you to hit dragon types that would otherwise wall this set, substitute allows you to safely get your HP down for petaya berry acitvation and a free turn to set up sunny day, just preference here
Nature, try a timid for extra speed
Since you are choosing a sunny day variant, why don't you make a sunny day team

Would a mild charmander be good aswell, for the sp atk to power up flamethrower even more?

Agree with Altaria, though, a word of advice: Never go with attacks like Blast Burn, those give the enemy a "free turn" to do whatever they want.
Sunny Day is good, it prevents attacks, such as thunder, from attacking. If you want to add to your attack or SP attack, go with Adamant or Modest

Modest Charizard is always good, or, if you want to capitalize on its best stat, Speed, go Timid.

Sunny Day works wonders with Charizard, but it may prove more beneficial to have something else set it up for him.

    Here's my favorite Charizard moveset.

    Flamethrower
    Sunny Day
    Solarbeam
    Dragon Pulse

Dragon Pulse works well with the STAB move and wall killer, providing Charizard with some coverage against a very commonly used type that he'd otherwise not be able to hit for much damage at all. Substitute can be used, but 'Zard is too frail to use it well, and it would buy him one turn at most. Even if you do set it up, you won't be any better off unless you have a move that isn't weak against your enemy.

If you're using something else to set up Sunny Day for him, you can stick Substitute in that spot, or EQ/Shadow Claw if you want to go the mixed sweeper route.

I recommend maxing out his Special Attack and Speed, and putting the other six EV points into whatever defense stat.
