Is this a legitimate Shiny Mew

I got it from a person on here claiming he traded it for a shiny Giratina Event, I know a shiny Mew is almost always hacked so I'm not getting my hopes up. Iv been looking online for the parameters of a legitimate shiny Mew and it said it must be from Hoenn, Japaneese born and from a specific event (sea chart I think) and this one seems to fit so I'd like to get the opinion of someone more knowledgeable.

I'd appreciate any info you can give me into why this is or isn't a hack, thank you.

Considering what the Trainer ID is and the fact that there is only one Mew event that's at Level 30 (which isn't shiny and has a different trainer ID anyway) I'd say it's probably fake.
